Every mailbox in one inbox, and the right address on every reply.
Multi-account email client: every IMAP mailbox in one unified inbox, with each reply leaving from the address that received the mail.

The context
I work from several addresses: the company domain, one per product, the contact address. Checking them one at a time wastes time, and replying from the wrong one is easy to do. Ordinary webmail clients pile everything into one box and send the answer from the main account.
The solution
A multi-account email client: connect Gmail, Outlook, iCloud or any IMAP account and read them in one unified inbox. Every reply leaves from the address that received the message, with nothing to set. A separate service holds the IMAP connections open and keeps syncing, credentials are encrypted before they are stored, and the AI summarises a thread or drafts a reply in the language of the person you are writing to.
- Continuous IMAP syncing in a separate service that holds the connections open and recovers after a drop
- Encryption of every account’s credentials before they are stored
- A check on the server address before any connection: addresses on the internal network are refused
- IMAP and SMTP settings detected from the email address alone
- Three languages shared by the site, the app and the system emails, with a mirrored layout for Arabic
- Stripe subscriptions, shared workspaces for teams and an installable app
The technical challenge
Letting a visitor type their own IMAP server address is asking the server to open a connection to any host they name, including a machine on the internal network. Every address is resolved and checked before any connection is opened: private and local addresses are refused, and only the usual mail ports are allowed. Credentials are encrypted before they are stored, and a separate service holds the IMAP connections open so new mail arrives without polling the server in a loop.
