PCMGE needed to centralize the management of its activity (clients, files and follow-up) in a single tool, replacing scattered files and manual processes.
Solution
A custom CRM built with Laravel and MySQL: client and file management, roles and permissions, and a simple Bootstrap interface that is easy to learn.
Outcome
A centralized business tool that saves time every day and makes activity tracking more reliable.
