Since 2026, the civic exam (examen civique) has been mandatory for hundreds of thousands of applicants for naturalisation, resident cards and multi-year residence permits — yet no serious preparation platform existed at launch. Candidates had to make do with outdated sites, inflated statistics and no training for scenario questions, which account for 30% of the exam.
Solution
Full-stack SaaS built with Next.js 16 / TypeScript / PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM. Three distinct exam categories (NAT, CR, CSP), a bank of 650+ official multilingual questions (FR/EN/AR), 40-question / 45-minute mock exams in real conditions, theme-based training including scenario questions, a readiness dashboard, and Stripe subscription management. Technical SEO — canonicals, sitemap, JSON-LD, dynamic OG images — was wired in from day one to capture informational search traffic.
Outcome
Live since June 2026, indexed and compliant with the official decree of 10 October 2025. PWA mobile-first architecture, <2 s load times, 35 URLs indexed in week 1. Rolling theme accuracy scores, dedicated scenario training and a trilingual interface — differentiators that competitors have not yet matched.
